Terms and conditions

These terms explain how buying from NORTH Studio works: what we deliver, how payment is agreed, delivery times and the rights of each party. By buying a product or hiring a service, you accept them.
Who we are
NORTH Studio is a digital studio based in Mendoza, Argentina, run by Francesco Piantini Pellizzer and Nazareno Lima Caballero. You can contact us at northstudio.ar@gmail.com.
Products and services
We offer two kinds of offerings. The details of each one (what it includes, delivery time and price) are on its own page, and they are part of these terms.
- Digital products: spreadsheet templates and packs, and the AI Productivity Kit. They are delivered as files or links.
- Services: Landing 01, SEO Audit 01 and custom projects (web design, online stores, landing pages, brand identity and monthly SEO). They are carried out by our team.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars as a reference. You can pay with crypto or USDT via Binance; US dollars, euros or Argentine pesos via AstroPay; or Argentine pesos via Mercado Pago and other compatible digital wallets.
- The payment method and, if you pay in another currency, the exchange rate are agreed with you before you pay.
- The price that applies is the one published when you confirm the purchase.
- Fees charged by the payment platform you choose, if any, are informed before you pay.
- Custom projects are quoted after a call; the quote states the price, scope and payment schedule.
How a purchase works
- You send a purchase request through the form on the site.
- We reply within one business day to confirm the details and agree on the payment method.
- The purchase is confirmed when we receive the payment.
- For digital products, we send the files. For services, we book the initial meeting.
Delivery and timelines
Digital products are sent by email within one business day after the payment is confirmed.
Service timelines are counted in business days from the initial meeting and from the moment we receive the access and materials we need. If they arrive later, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
Meetings
Services start with a video call by Zoom or Google Meet, where we go through the questionnaire together and learn about your business. That conversation is what allows us to tailor the work. Meetings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business and goals.
- The access we need for the service (for example, Search Console or Analytics), shared safely.
- Materials you own or have the right to use: logos, copy, images.
- Feedback within the agreed times, so we can keep to the schedule.
License for templates and kits
When you buy a template, a pack or the AI Productivity Kit, you receive a license to use it. You can use it for personal or commercial purposes, including in your business, and adapt it to your needs.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, alone or as part of another product.
- The AI Productivity Kit has an individual license (one person) or a team license (the people in your organization).
- Updates are free and include a change log.
Intellectual property
In services such as Landing 01 or custom projects, once the full price has been paid, the final design and content made for you belong to you. We keep the right to reuse our own base components and methods, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
The NORTH brand, this website, the templates and the kits are owned by NORTH Studio.
Results
We work to deliver useful, high-quality results, but some outcomes do not depend only on us. In particular, an SEO audit identifies problems and opportunities and proposes a plan; it cannot guarantee specific rankings, because those depend on search engines, competitors and how the plan is implemented.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Argentine law.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Refunds, cancellations and the right of withdrawal are explained in our Refund policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including the Consumer Protection Law 24,240 and the Civil and Commercial Code. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the City of Mendoza, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to consumers under the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you confirmed it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
