Who is responsible

NORTH Studio, based in Mendoza, Argentina, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: northstudio.ar@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, the product or service you are interested in and your message.
• Meetings and services: information about your business that you share in the calls, and the access to tools (such as Search Console or Analytics) that the service requires.
• Payments: payments are processed by the platform you choose (Binance, AstroPay, Mercado Pago or another wallet). We only receive the confirmation and the details needed to identify the payment.
• Browsing: the site remembers your language preference in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

• To reply to your questions and send you what you asked for.
• To provide the service you hired and tailor it to your business.
• To agree on payment and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than these.

Who we share it with

We only use providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose:

• FormSubmit, which forwards the contact form to our email.
• Google (Gmail and Google Meet) and Zoom, for email and meetings.
• The payment platform you choose.
• Our hosting provider, which may keep technical records (such as IP addresses) for security.

Some of these providers may store data outside Argentina, under their own security measures.

Access to your tools

When a service requires access to your tools, we ask for read-only access whenever possible, never your passwords, and we use it only for that service. When the work ends, we recommend you remove our access, and we can guide you to do it.

How long we keep it

Questions that do not lead to a purchase are kept for up to 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the time required by law.

Your rights

Under Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, you can access, correct, update or delete your data. Write to northstudio.ar@gmail.com. We reply to access requests within 10 calendar days and to correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the enforcement authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection regulations are affected.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures: secure connections, access limited to the NORTH team and accounts protected with two-step verification.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
