Right of withdrawal (Botón de arrepentimiento)

You can withdraw from a purchase within 10 calendar days from the date you confirmed it, without cost and without giving a reason, as provided by article 34 of Law 24,240 and article 1110 of the Civil and Commercial Code.

To do it, write to us using the button below (or by email) with your name, the product or service and the purchase date. Within 24 hours we will send you a request code, and we will refund the amount paid through the payment method you used.

Exception established by law: digital files that have already been delivered and can be downloaded for permanent use (templates and kits) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once you receive them (article 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code).

Digital products

If a template or kit does not work as described, or a file arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it or replace it, and if that is not possible, we will refund the full amount.

Services

After the 10-day withdrawal period, cancellations of services depend on how far the work has progressed:

• Before the initial meeting: full refund.
• After the initial meeting and before the delivery: 50% refund.
• Once the work has been delivered: no refund. If something does not match what was agreed, we fix it at no cost.

Custom projects follow the payment schedule and conditions stated in each quote.

How refunds are made

• We refund through the same payment method you used, within 10 business days of approving the request.
• If you paid in crypto or USDT, we refund the equivalent of the USD amount of the purchase.
• Fees charged by payment platforms are not refundable when the platform does not return them to us.
